Before the Court is the Defendants’ motion to vacate and reconsider the Order and Judgment, entered on June 24, 2002 (the “Order”), which granted summary judgment in favor of the Plaintiff-Debtor. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants the Defendants’ motion to vacate and reconsider the Order but, upon reconsideration, the Court finds that the Debt- or’s motion for summary judgment should be granted as originally determined.
