MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

McAVOY, District Judge.

In the present case, the plaintiff, James G. Black, seeks redress for wrongs he allegedly suffered in 1976 at the hands of his employer, defendant Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (“NYMO”), his union, defendant International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Union Local 310 (the “Union”), and their respective representatives, defendants Harry J.
