This case was tried to the court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). Following a trial to the court, defendants Mid-America Petroleum, Inc. and MAP 1984-1 Drilling Partnership have filed their proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law (Doc. 77). Defendant Charles Williams, Jr. has also filed his findings of fact and conclusions of law (Doc. 76).
