This is a bill filed in the circuit court of Will county in 1904 by appellees, alleging that they were the owners of several notes secured by trust deeds on a certain lot in Joliet, Illinois, and asking for the foreclosure of said trust deeds. After the pleadings were settled a hearing was had on the supplemental bill and answer before the court and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of the supplemental bill.
