Appellants bring their appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Logan County fixing the compensation for land and easement taken by appellee by eminent domain proceedings. Appellee, Central Illinois Electric and Gas Company, a public utility, was authorized by an order and certificate of convenience and necessity of the Illinois Commerce Commission entered June 3, 1958, to construct approximately 12.1 miles of electric transmission line in Logan County.
