COZORT, Judge.
Plaintiff appeals the trial court’s granting of summary judgment for defendants on plaintiffs claims for retaliatory discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress. We affirm, holding (1) plaintiffs claim for retaliatory discharge is barred by G.S. § 95-36.8(b), and (2) as a matter of law plaintiffs allegations are insufficient to establish a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
