McKEE, Circuit Judge.
Margaret Conneen 1 appeals the district court’s dismissal of the suit she brought against MBNA America Bank, N.A., her former employer. She alleges that her termination from MBNA was a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 and 28 U.S.C. § 1343(a)(4) (the “ADA”), and a breach of obligations imposed on MBNA by the covenant of good faith and fair dealing implied under Delaware law.
