MEMORANDUM OPINION

ALBRITTON, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

This cause is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment filed pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Plaintiff, Mina J. Palm, filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on August 31,1995.
