This is an appeal by an insured under a general liability and comprehensive personal insurance policy from a judgment in favor of his insurer in the District Court of Mineral County.

The facts indicate that on May 19, 1977, Joseph Ruthford, the son of the named insured Robert Ruthford, was driving his father’s pickup looking for horses, some of which were owned by his father.
