The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded permits under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act 1 to the Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior, and to the University of California at Davis, authorizing experimental uses of the chemical sodium fluoroacetate.
