MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON COMPLAINT DETERMINING DIS-CHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

I. INTRODUCTION

In this adversary proceeding, Leslie Burbank (hereafter, the “Plaintiff’), the former spouse of the Debtor, James M. Capelli (hereafter, the “Defendant”), seeks a determination of nondischargeability of a debt of $20,000.00, plus interest, that arose from a separation agreement incorporated into a judgment of dissolution of the parties’ marriage.
