MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GOLDEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action under section 502(a)(1)(b) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B) 1 , seeking to overturn the decision of Defendant Prudential Insurance Company of America, (“Prudential”) that he is no longer eligible for partial long-term disability benefits under the terms of the Long Term Disability Plan (the “Plan”) provided by his employer, Milliman, Inc.
