BACKGROUND
On May 5, 2008, Tropicana Entertainment, LLC (“Tropicana”) and several re*461lated entities (the “Debtors”) filed voluntary chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions in this Court. The Debtors were affiliated hotels and casinos located in Nevada, Mississippi, New Jersey, Indiana and Louisiana.
