MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE

ARTHUR J. SPECTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.. In this case we are called upon to decide whether Michael J. Premo (“Debtor”) bears financial responsibility for the unpaid withholding taxes of two companies in which he was the principal equity owner.
