MEMORANDUM

MORTON, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, residents of Nashville, Tennessee, bring suit against Qantas Airways Lim ited, an Australian corporation. Plaintiffs seek to recover $75,000.00 for their financial losses and emotional distress allegedly incurred as a result of the conduct of defendant’s agents, which conduct is alleged to amount to a wanton and willful breach of the duty of care owed by a common carrier to its passengers.
