HOWARD, Judge.

The defendant was charged with and convicted, in the lower court, of the crime of attempted robbery. Viewing the facts in the light most favorable to sustaining the jury’s verdict of guilty, they are as follows: On December 13, 1968, the defendant, a young man of the age of 23, went to the Continental Trailways Bus Station in Tucson, Arizona, to purchase a ticket to San Diego, California.
