MEMORANDUM
MUNLEY, District Judge.
Before the court is Defendants Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (hereinafter “Deutsche Bank”) and American Home *442Mortgage Servicing, Inc.’s1 (hereinafter “AHMSI”) motion to dismiss Plaintiff Mary P. McAndrew’s (hereinafter “plaintiff’) complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). (Doc. 4). The matter is fully briefed and ripe for disposition. For the following reasons, the court will grant defendants’ motion to dismiss.
