This is a proceeding for compensation under the provisions of the North Carolina Workmen's Compensation Act.

The proceeding was heard in the Supreme Court at Fall Term, 1933, on defendants' appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Iredell County, at May Term, 1933, affirming an award of compensation made by the North Carolina Industrial Commission on 20 February, 1933.
