This is an action against a member of the Massachusetts State Police alleging misconduct. Plaintiffs — Lecrenski Bros., Inc., David Lecrenski and Dana Lecren-ski — claim that Trooper Ronald Johnson (“Defendant”) violated their civil rights and discriminated against them in violation of both federal and state law.
