This is a libel to .recover damages for á collision -which occurred about 20 minutes before 1 o’clock in the early morning of April 11, 1902, between the' steamship Williamsport, of which the Philadelphia & Reading Railway Company was the permanent charterer, and the middle barge in a string of three that were being towed by the tug Plymouth, of which the Central Railroad of New Jersey is the OAvner and claimant.
