MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, District Judge.

The case comes before the court on appeal of the bankruptcy court’s journal entry of judgment filed August 3,1989, in the adversary proceeding. For the reasons stated from the bench, the bankruptcy court held that the debtor’s payments to the defendant Kansas Drywall Supply Company, Inc. (Kansas Drywall), totalling $6,158.98, were preferential transfers recoverable by the trustee and “were not made according to ordinary business terms” so as to qualify under that exception, 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(2).
