MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, District Judge.
The case comes before the court on appeal of the bankruptcy court’s journal entry of judgment filed January 24, 1990, in the adversary proceeding. In particular, the bankruptcy court entered judgment against defendant Pioneer Materials, Inc. (“Pioneer”) in the amount of $30,280.08 representing the value of debtor’s property taken by Pioneer within ninety days of the bankruptcy filing.
