MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
H. CLYDE PEARSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Larry Fred Cawthom and June Eva Wright Cawthorn (Debtors), on July 6, 1979, filed in this Court their petition seeking confirmation of a plan of payment of their creditors pursuant to Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act Thereupon, pursuant to Rule 13-401, an automatic stay was invoked as to the commencement or continuation of any action against the Debtors, or the enforcement of any judgment against them, or of any act or the commencement or continuation of any Court proceeding to enforce any lien against their property.
