Plaintiff and defendant are adjoining property owners in the City of Erie; their buildings front on State Street. The controversy which they bring to our attention is over a piece of ground eight inches square which is within defendant’s property line as shown by the deeds of the respective parties, but title to which is claimed by plaintiff because of alleged adverse possession.
