In its complaint the plaintiff alleges that on or about April 21, 1931, a certain copartnership, known as A. Morgenstern & Bro., purchased certain Persian skins from a corporation known as Thorer & Hollander, Inc., on a credit of four months. Under instructions from the purchaser of said furs the said goods *360were sMpped by the plaintiff, respondent, to a concern known as A. Hollander & Son for dyeing.
