The first action is brought by the plaintiff as administratrix of her deceased husband, who was killed by the collapse of a building in the course of erection on the land of the appellant. The appellant and John TI. Parker entered into an agreement whereby Parker contracted to erect the building according to certain plans and specifications prepared by one Behrens, an architect. Parker entered into a sub-contract with John M.
