Dependents of Vlahos v. Rutland Restaurant

This is an appeal from the findings and order of the commissioner of industries dismissing the claim of the claimants.

The order of the commissioner was dated August 6, 1930, and on August 8, an appeal was duly taken by the claimants to the Rutland county court. The appeal was received and filed by the commissioner on August 11. On August 29, the commissioner prepared the appeal copies and attached thereto his certificate which erroneously certified the appeal to the Supreme Court.
