Appeal from a judgment in' favor of appellee, plaintiff below, against appellant, defendant below, entered on a jury’s verdict awarding $2,650 for alleged breach of contract.

George Pieper theretofore engaged in the automobile business, trading under the- name of “ Pieper’s Garage,” was authorized dealer in Chevrolet motor cars, parts, equipment, etc., under a written contract with appellant, dated August 1, 1930.
