Randon Scott Richardson (“Appellant”) appeals from his conviction of two counts of felony possession of a controlled sub stance in violation of section 195.202 1 in the Circuit Court of Taney County. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and was found guilty at a bench trial of one count of possessing methamphetamine and one count of possessing cocaine. On appeal, Appellant claims that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal, alleging that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he possessed methamphetamine or cocaine.
