FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case is before the Court upon Debtors’ objection to the Third Modified Confirmed Chapter plan filed by the Chapter 13 Trustee, Mamie L. Davis. An eviden-tiary hearing was held on April 4, 2001. The Court continued the hearing to June 26, 2001, in order for counsel to obtain the life insurance policy of the deceased Debt- or, Charles Irvin Florida.
