DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: Appellant, Mark Darulis, appeals his conviction in the Akron Municipal Court. We affirm.

On March 27, 2000, an officer of the City of Akron Police Department issued two traffic citations to Mr. Darulis for a stop sign violation, in violation of Akron City Code 72.22, and a speeding violation, in violation of Akron City Code 73.20.
