Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Rosen, J.), rendered April 17, 2000, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of assault in the first degree.
Defendant was charged with attempted murder in the second *655degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree following a domestic abuse incident.
