Ap*814peal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, Jr., J.), rendered August 10, 2001, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

In April 2001, defendant was indicted on two counts each of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
