'Plaintiffs hired the Louis Traiman Auction Company to dispose of their 160-acre farm estate in Lower Makefield Township by sale at public auction. The Traiman firm caused a “preliminary plan” of the property to be prepared, subdividing it into 25 lots or parcels. After extensive advertising, the auction sale was held on May 27, 1961, and defendant became the purchaser of three of the parcels.
