ALLEN, Circuit Judge.

Appeal from an order of the District Court dismissing appellant’s petition to vacate and set aside orders of the state court confirming the sale of certain farmer-debtor property and to show cause why ap-pellees should not be punished for contempt of court.

On or about March 1, 1933, appellant and his wife bought from appellee Harriet Wright ahout 80 acres of farm ‘property located in Van Wert County, Ohio.
