HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, maker of a deed of trust and mortgage which had been foreclosed by sale under powers in the deed of trust, brought this proceeding to obtain relief from the foreclosure and from two state court judgments against him for title and possession of the mortgaged property. It was begun by motion to reopen and rein*927state Cause No. 1805 in Bankruptcy, Joseph Benton Wheat, Debtor, and to obtain Section 75, sub. s1 relief therein.
