This is an appeal from an order of the District Court in farmer-debtor proceedings, directing that certain funds and chattels derived from the estates of the appellees and in the possession of Louis Rehfuss and R. Lee Riley, who were assuming to *615act as receivers thereof, be turned over to appellee Florence Morrison individually and as executrix of the estate of her husband, Maurice Morrison, deceased.
