MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

THEIS, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on the court’s own motion. The plaintiff Debra Vogt Sipka, proceeding pro se, filed this action, alleging that she was denied due process and equal protection, and that full faith and credit was not given to a State of Kansas court order. Plaintiff alleges jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 241-242. Plaintiff also alleges jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship.
