Commonwealth v. Ingram
Superior Court of Pennsylvania
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION BY
POPOVICH, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant Wyatt R. Ingram appeals the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, following his conviction for one count of *472cruelty to animals,1 which stemmed from his killing of a dog on his property. On appeal, Appellant claims the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction because he was authorized by statute to kill the dog and, alternatively, because the Commonwealth failed to prove that he killed the dog with malice. Upon review, we affirm.
