This is an appeal by the defendant from a decree and a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, both entered in this cause. The decree dismissed that part of the defendant’s answer which sought a reformation upon averments of mutual mistake of the written contract upon which the complaint was based. Later the judgment was entered; its amount is $9,915.27. The plaintiff is the trustee of the estate of Fashion Flow Corporation, a bankrupt. The defendant is a manufacturer of furniture.
