The above-named actions, Lucinda Wigg against Orphan Aid Society, and John H. Pinckney against the same defendant, commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Charleston County in the year 1925, were tried together in the Circuit Court, and the appeals were heard together in this Court. D. J. Jenkins was also made a defendant in each of the actions, but at the trial of the cases on the circuit, on motion, Lion. M. L.
