Jimmy Ducharme et al. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER This case stems from a dispute between two neighbors over the location of the boundary line between their properties. Plaintiff Evelyn Rivera asserts that defendant Jimmy Ducharme is liable under state law for trespass, nuisance, and negligence.
