STOREY, Justice.
W.V. has appealed from that part of the trial court’s expunetion order which authorizes the office of the Dallas County District Attorney to retain possession of its files relating to the expunetion proceedings. The District Attorney also appeals, contending that the court erred in ordering its expunetion files returned to the court after two years from the date of dismissal of the charges giving rise to the expunetion proceeding. We hold that it was error to authorize retention of the record of the expunetion hearing. We therefore reform the court’s order to require return of…
