This matter came before the Court upon an order issued on August 11, 1961 requiring respondent to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not be issued restraining the holding of an election presently scheduled for August 18, 1961 in a representation case before the National Labor Relations Board, and upon respondent’s motion to dismiss the complaint.
