MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Procter & Gamble Company (“P & G”) has filed suit against Paragon Trade Brands, Inc. (“Paragon”), alleging that Paragon infringes P & G’s patent rights to the barrier leg cuff feature on disposable diapers. Paragon has counterclaimed for the alleged infringement of a patent relating to diaper absorbent cores 1 and for a violation of the antitrust laws. Pending before the court is P & G’s Motion for Summary Judgment on Paragon’s Antitrust Counterclaim. (D.I.182).
