'Were we called upon to decide this case according to *157the dictates of equity, we would concur in the views of the district judge and affirm his judgment; but to do so without reservation we would have! to ignore the terms of the parties’ contract, and, however onerous it may be to defendant or partial to plaintiff, that contract is their law.
