FOURNET, Justice.
On the 10th day of January, 1927, the plaintiff, Union Tank Car Company, purchased from the defendant all of its tank cars for the sum of $1,025,000, and on the same day it entered into a contract to rent cars to the defendant for the purpose of transporting its products to the market.
