This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Kamsey County quashing a writ of certiorari issued to review an order of the Metropolitan Airports Commission hereinafter described.
The Metropolitan Airports Commission is a public corporation created by L. 1943, c. 500. The corporation has jurisdiction over airports within contiguous cities of the first class and is given authority to exercise control and jurisdiction over any airport within 25 miles of the city hall of either city if it so determines.
