I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Mignon A. King (“Ms. King”), who is proceeding pro se, brings this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking judicial review of a decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration .(the “Commissioner”). The Commissioner found that Ms. King was not disabled, and, consequently, that she was not entitled to Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
