LEWIS, Circuit Judge.
This matter is before the court upon petition of the National Labor Relations Board seeking enforcement of its order entered in a proceeding under § 10(a) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. 160(a), against respondent. The order is premised upon a finding that respondent had violated § 8(a) (3) of the Act 1 by discharging five employees and requires relief by reinstatement, reparation and the posting of appropriate notices.
